In this episode, we are joined by Conan Byrne, former Professional footballer, stellar League of Ireland legend, who had stints at UCD, Sporting Fingal, St Patricks Athletic, Shelbourne and Glenavon in the Irish League. Conan lives in Swords and is now a school teacher in Rush.

Last week, saw a record 10,000 fans at Tallaght Stadium for the Shamrock Rovers Vs Bohemians derby and in November, over 40,000 attended the FAI Cup Final between Bohemians and St Patrick’s Athletic.

We took the opportunity to discuss the growing attendances at games, why that is and what is the match day experience at clubs, particularly clubs in and around the M1- Shelbourne, Bohemian, Drogheda United and Dundalk.
